I feel really blessed to live in Vancouver, when in February I can get away with bare legs. This means that all those pretty Spring styles that are available in stores now I can actually wear without wanting to curl in to an ice cold ball and die. Yes, it rains a ton here, which makes my naturally wavy hair a frizzy unruly mess (I use this mixed with this to blow dry and it is a total miracle). But all that aside you can't really be upset when the sun is shining and you don't have to wear your parka anymore.
