Sexy in Sequins

When I saw this dress at Free People I knew that I had to have it and that it would be the perfect look for a low key night with friends and my husband this NYE. I love that it has a low 'v' front and a low 'v' back, and am obsessed with the little slit in the front that shows just the right amount of skin. I decided to style it with some beige over the knee boots that I got a few seasons ago, a super versatile coat and a cute lace bralette from Cosabella. For a casual yet glam look to ring in the New Year.

Happy 2016 everyone - wishing you all an amazing year to come!

Ringing in 2016 in Red

It's almost 2016 and Christian and I are headed out to have one last date night - just the two of us - before we head out with friends for NYE tomorrow night! I'm so glad that I had a chance to wear this totally gorgeous dress again, I also wore it to a holiday party here as well.
Check back tomorrow to see my NYE outfit!

Winter Floral

After a week of parties, family dinners and a bit of overindulging a wrap dress is my best friend! And this wrap dress has to be one of my must haves. I love the colors, the floral pattern is totally gorgeous, and the clinched waist and flared skirt is totally flattering. Today I paired it with a pair of over the knee boots, but this would look totally amazing with a pair of strappy heels, or pumps too.

Vintage Ugly Christmas Sweater

Merry Christmas Eve everyone! The other night Christian and I went to our annual ugly Christmas Sweater party and this was the hilarious sweater I wore, complete with kittens playing with presents. Since the sweater was so oversized I decided that it was totally better as a mini dress - what do you think? Everything looks better with a pair of Loubs, check out some of my fav's below, and I hope to find some under the tree tomorrow morning!

Christmas Festivities

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. Mine was a whirlwind of parties, shopping and family dinners, I almost feel like I need a day off to recover. Over the weekend I wore this amazing dress from Maggy London, it also comes in black, redblue, and blush - but this color called 'champagne fizz' is definitely my favorite!
