It’s officially Fall, and that means having a reason to do my absolute thing - go shopping for the seasons cozy staples and must-haves. One of the reasons that I love Fall so much is because I love layering and love sweaters - especially cardigans. For me, a long cardigan is a staple piece and definitely something that I wear almost daily. I love a great cozy cardigan perfect for those not too chilly days and ideal for layering when under a coat. I’m super obsessed with this amazing long patterned cardigan from Smart Set. When I shop I definitely look for pieces that are extremely versatile, ones that I can wear for date night with my guy or after work cocktails with my girlfriends, to weekend brunches - and this piece is definitely it! 

Having been a regular shopper at Smart Set for years I have to say that I am so thrilled with all the amazing finds that they have this season. I’m even more thrilled about the price points. Other than this amazing patterned cardi, I totally fell head over heels for this red plaid matching set. I’m such a sucker for plaid - especially red plaid. When I saw this red plaid top and midi skirt set from Smart Set I knew I had to have it! I love the way the matching set pairs with this super cute patterned cardi, creating a look that is put together and perfect for any day! 

The absolute best part about this fabulous outfit is that it can be worn as separates as well! Pair the skirt with a casual sweater and a pair of boots; the top with a pair of dark skinny jeans and a blazer, or my fav - wear this amazing long draped cardigan with a bodycon dress and over the knee boots for the perfect Fall look!
