Happy & Healthy: Clean Eating 101

Ok, so I overdid it a bit during the holidays, but who didn't?
If you're like me and you ate macarons in bed every day, you needn't fret! Whenever I find that I have gone totally off the rails with my diet and exercise routine, the fastest way back to looking, and more importantly feeling, my best is by eating clean.
I am by no means a dietician, but I have lost over 50 pounds (and kept it off) for over 2 years, and I can credit most of that to a simple clean eating plan, which I have outlined above. There is no calorie counting here - for me, I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I try and eat a little something 6 times a day, as well as have some form of protein at every meal.

A few tips: water, water and more water - it's so important (add a little lemon for flavor & detoxing);
Full fat foods are more natural and contain less sugars (especially dairy);
Stay tuned for my more in-depth meal plans

Please let me know if you have any questions!

  5. That sounds pretty theatrical but you also know they already use radiation to extend the life of picked produce - the food they want us to buy and eat.

  6. The calorie-dense nature of processed foods, top article due to the large quantities of sugars and fats they contain, makes them extremely problematic for diabetics and those with high cholesterol and blood pressure levels.

  7. All foods contain nutrients. Unlike calorie dense foods, nutrient dense foods are high in nutrients for the number of calories per unit (gram or ounce or bite) they contain. beehive nucs for sale
