I love red and I love a party dress, so I couldn't say no when I saw this pretty dress. I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear this dress and my birthday seemed like the perfect occasion. I love the combination of loose curls, red lips, sky high heels and tons of necklaces and bracelets.
